GL Transport Consulting was established in 2019 by industry veterans Rick Geller and Tim Lucko. Together, they built a consulting firm that aimed to support the commercial transportation sector by offering innovative solutions, comprehensive program development, and specialized management training. With their combined expertise, Rick and Tim created a respected name in the industry, recognized for their commitment to enhancing the safety, efficiency, and compliance of commercial fleets.
Rick passed away in 2023 leaving behind a legacy of dedication and impactful work within GL Transport Consulting and the wider industry. Tim continues to lead the company and is committed to upholding the high standards and values that defined GL Transport Consulting from its inception. Under his guidance, the company continues to deliver quality service and solutions tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by clients in commercial transportation.

Tim Lucko - Partner
Tim has over 30 years of risk management experience in the transportation and insurance industry. He is a seasoned executive practitioner that inspires organizations to embrace risk mitigation solutions beyond the driver allowing for integrated services solutions.
He has held progressive management and executive rolls in transportation risk including enforcement, program risk management/assessment, and loss prevention auditing. The core of Tim’s understanding of the transportation industry come from the drivers seat.
Tim’s focus is on optimizing the customer experience, risk safety preparedness, while leveraging education and data analytics which integrates and improves business culture, delivering profitable customer outcomes.
